• We can send return label for same fees as above. However, each return label can only be used on a single box. Multiple boxes will require multiple return labels, each of which will incur a separate charge.
  • Please use the same box and protective packaging used to ship your photograph for returns if possible.
• If photograph arrives with obvious damage to shipping carton, please refuse package.  We would be grateful if you can send pictures of the damage for us to show to UPS.
• We will work closely with you to replace the damaged order at our expense.
• If you discover that your photograph has been damaged in shipping after you accept the package and open the box, please send us pictures of the damage to help us file an insurance claim with UPS.
• We will replace the damaged photograph at our expense and will send you a return label to ship the damaged photograph back to us.
• We value your time and will only ask you to repackage the damaged photograph and use the return label which we will provide to send it back to us.
• Fortunately, shipping damage occurs only on rare occasions but we have a system in place to solve the problem. Shipping damage is our problem, not yours!

• Customer is responsible for payment of all duties & tariffs on international shipping.

• Special matte and semi-matte finishes are available on request. If you decide to return a photograph created as a special order, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
